The location was super chill - close to everything we wanted to check out. the room we got was fancy and updated, had big comfy king beds and a nice bathroom setup. 🌟

Everything was great, had a such great stay for the price. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the room was new-fashioned with very hard bed. Everywhere there was clean. Location: the hotel was just off restaurants, malls, the airport.

I was given queen room with a microwave oven, a refrigerator and a writing desk. The bed was very comfy and the staff were helpful.

We liked the facilities offered by this recently renovated and perfectly fine hotel. Our rooms were modern and updated with bathroom. - the location for Florence was marvelous, not far from restaurants, malls, and gas stations. - the bar was great.

The location was good for our needs and the price was reasonable. They gave us extra towels at the front desk when asked.
The hallways smelled funky...musty or dirty. There was not anyone staffing the continental breakfast and I had to request that they refill anything/everything well before the closing time. Basically, the place looked shabby and worn.

Place is very dated...smells of stale air and old cigarettes. Pool is not operational...clerk wore a T shirt ...not professional Breakfast was horrible..no fresh fruits...out of cereal/oats. selection very poor...Grass in the back of the hotel was not cut. i.e. this place needs lots of work!
